I, the undersigned photographer/videographer, represent and warrant to Kansas City Southern (The Kansas City Southern Railway Company (KCSR) and/or Kansas City Southern de Mexico (KCSM)), that I am the sole owner of, and control, all rights, title, and interest to the photograph(s) and/or videos being submitted herewith and that I have the legal authority to grant to KCS a non-exclusive, irrevocable, and perpetual license in and for the use of such submitted photograph(s)/video(s). To the extent I utilized the services of any individual person(s) or sub-contractor in taking the photograph(s) and/or video(s), I represent and warrant that I have received all assignments and permissions necessary from such persons or entities to affect the licensing of the photograph(s) and/or video(s) to KCS. To the best of my knowledge, the photograph's(s')/video’s (s’) creation, publication, and use will not infringe any copyright, right of privacy, or right of publicity, or infringe or violate any rig
