Management hereby recognizes the Service Employees International Union Local 721 (SEIU 721), as the exclusive representative of the employees in the Professional Engineering and Scientific Unit, for which SEIU 721 was certified as the majority representative by the Employee Relations Board (ERB) on November 23, 2009. SEIU Local 721 shall be the exclusive representative of employees in the Professional Engineering and Scientific Unit, subject to the right of each employee to represent him or herself.
