The Parties have agreed to enter into this public private relationship to create the National Technology Center, an Energetic Research Observation facility for the Aerospace and Defense Industry including education, training and degree granting authority. This activity will support the operation of the Safford Regional Airport and create jobs and economic development for the City and the County.
