Calaveras Boulevard, Milpitas, California 95035 (“City”), and Maze & Associates Accounting Corporation, a corporation its principal place of business at 3478 Buskirk Avenue Suite 215, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523 (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”). City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
