EMPLOYEES: The agreement applies to drivers employed by Cement Australia Pty Ltd at all NSW locations, (and such other location as are agreed from time to time between parties) who are engaged in the cartage of cement, fly ash and related products, who fall within the coverage of the Transport Industry - Mixed Enterprises Interim (State) Award.
