_______________, 2011 by and between the City of Arlington, a home rule municipality operating under and governed by the laws and Constitution of the State of Texas (“Arlington”), and the City of Grand Prairie, a home rule municipality operating under and governed by the laws and Constitution of the State of Texas (“Grand Prairie”) hereinafter collectively referred to as the (“Parties”), evidences a binding agreement between the Parties regarding the construction of a water transmission line and the purchase of treated water service. For good and valuable consideration and in consideration of the agreements contained in this Agreement, the adequacy, receipt, and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
