The police department (“CHPD”) of the city of Cottonwood Heights (“City”) regularly makes calls for towing services to respond to accidents and impounds in the City. Accordingly, it is necessary for CHPD to have a list (the “List”) of competent, qualified providers that can provide professional towing services on a rotating basis when a CHPD officer (“Officer”) requests the removal and towing of a motor vehicle. The following information describes the requirements that must be met by the Company to be approved for placement on the List.
