The Employer and the Union agree that every employee has the right to equal treatment with respect to employment without discrimination and freedom from harassment in the workplace because of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, age, record of offences, martial status, same-sex partnership status, family status, disability, or membership in the Union.
