(SGCA), operates a Trailer Storage Facility (for boat trailers only), available for Spanish Grant property OWNERS who are current on Annual Maintenance fees. Adjacent Pirates Retreat homeowners are also permitted to utilize the facility. Under this agreement, OWNER agrees to rent space in the Storage Facility, subject to the following terms and conditions:
