FISCAL IMPACT – The proposed agreement is on a lump sum fee arrangement in the amount of $23,000. Funding for this project is provided for on page 368 of the 1998-99 Capital Improvements Program.Funding for this project will be made from the WRA Operating Budget Fund Number 056564, which has sufficient cash on hand to pay for this work.
