The undersigned (the "Subscriber") hereby acknowledges that the Partnership is offering (the "Offering") a minimum of 10,000 National Class Units and/or Quebec Class Units and a maximum of 400,000 National Class Units and 200,000 Quebec Class Units (together, the "Units") at a subscription price of twenty-five dollars ($25) per Unit. The minimum subscription per Subscriber is two hundred (200) Units, for a minimum subscription price per Subscriber of five thousand dollars ($5,000), on the terms and conditions as described in the Confidential Offering Memorandum of the Partnership dated October 13, 2015, as it may be amended and/or amended and restated from time to time (the "Offering Memorandum") and the limited partnership agreement dated as of September 29, 2015, as it may be amended from time to time (the "Partnership Agreement"), and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Subscription Agreement.

The undersigned (the "Subscriber") hereby acknowledges that the Partnership is offering (the "Offering") a minimum of 2,500 Partnership units and a maximum of 100,000 Partnership units (the "Units") at a subscription price of one hundred dollars ($100) per Unit. The minimum subscription per Subscriber is fifty (50) Units, for a minimum subscription price per Subscriber of five thousand dollars ($5,000), on the terms and conditions as described in the Confidential Offering Memorandum of the Partnership dated May 25, 2015, as it may be amended and/or amended and restated from time to time (the "Offering Memorandum") and the limited partnership agreement dated as of April 9, 2015, as it may be amended from time to time (the "Partnership Agreement"), and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Subscription Agreement.
