This Service Contract; including the terms, conditions, limitations, exceptions and exclusions, and the Declaration Page, constitute the entire agreement between Polaris Sales, Inc. and You (the purchaser) and no representation, promise or condition not contained herein shall modify these items; except as required by law. This Contract is not an insurance policy. The purchase of this Service Contract is not required to obtain financing or to purchase or lease a Vehicle. This Contract is not valid for any vehicles or equipment that is NOT sold by “Dealers” (as defined).
