This Agreement for Property Damage (Third Party Responsible) Recovery Services (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Peachtree Recovery Services, Inc., (“Product or Service Provider” or “PRS”) and the City of Decatur (“CLIENT”) and is effective on the date signed by both of them (the “Effective Date”.)
