AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN‌THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO ANDINNVISION – THE WAY HOME THIS AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and INNVISION – THE WAY HOME, hereinafter called "Contractor"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department thereof; WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement to provide Services, which includes information and referral, emergency assistance and case management services, on September 12, 2006; and WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement to add funding to provide additional emergency beds for clients transferred from the Safe Harbor Shelter while Safe Harbor is under construction for remodeling.
