This SUMMIT LEARNING PROGRAM AGREEMENT (the “Program Agreement”), is effective as of the Effective Date (defined on the signature page hereto), and is by and between T.L.P. Education, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“Summit Learning”), having an office in Redwood City, California, and
