This Business Online Treasury Management Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between the customer executing this agreement in writing or electronically (“you”, “your”, “yours”, or “Customer”) and Union Savings Bank, with its principle place of business located at 225 Main Street, Danbury, CT (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Bank”). Bank agrees to provide, and Customer agrees to use, the treasury management and business online banking services described in this Agreement (each such service referred to herein as a “Service”, and collectively as the “Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, as amended from time to time. This Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior versions and editions of the Agreement. By enrolling for the use of any Service, or by using or allowing any others to use any Service in relation to any of Customer’s Accounts, Customer accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as may be in effect from time to tim
