The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory relations between the Company and its employees, and the Union; to recognize the special nature of the Company’s economy Hotel operations and the necessity of maintaining a high standard of efficiency in its operations; to provide the machinery for the prompt and fair disposition of grievances; and to establish mutually satisfactory working conditions and wages for all employees who are covered by this Agreement.
