IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY: This End User License and Warranty Agreement (this "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you, a purchaser and/or any end user, either an individual or an entity (“You” or “Your”) and M86 Security, Inc., a Delaware corporation or the M86 Security, Inc. subsidiary in the country where You licensed the Product (“M86”), for the license of one or more of the M86 software products, appliances and/or subscription services listed above (each, a “Product”) and for the warranties for such Product(s). By accepting this Agreement by clicking the “accept” button, breaking the seal on the envelope containing the Software, initiating a “License Key” for the Software, or accessing, installing, copying or otherwise using the Product, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
