This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 20th day of July, 2023, effective as the 1st day of August 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Coeur d’Alene School District 271 (hereafter “CDA271”), and Kootenai Hospital District d/b/a Kootenai Health, an Idaho Hospital District and/or Kootenai Health Inc, an Idaho not-for-profit corporation (“Kootenai”).
