The Firm proposes to conduct the services described in Attachment B on a time and materials basis in accordance with SWCA’s 2021 Adjusted Rate Schedule. The Firm anticipates that notice to proceed will occur on February 27, 2024, and that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers approval could occur 3 – 6 months later. Therefore, the Firm anticipates agency approval sometime between May 27 – August 24, 2024.
