THIS SCHEDULE 2022B-1 (the “Schedule”) is hereby entered into as of May 1, 2022, under and pursuant to that certain Master Lease Purchase Agreement dated as of July 1, 1990 (the “Master Lease”) pursuant to which the Corporation has agreed to lease purchase unto the School Board and the School Board has agreed to finance the lease purchase from the Corporation, subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Lease incorporated herein, the Series 2022B-1 Facilities herein described, together with the rights described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of Section 1 of the Series 2022B Ground Lease (hereinafter defined). The Corporation hereby demises, leases and subleases to the School Board, and the School Board hereby hires, takes, leases and subleases from the Corporation, the Series 2022B-1 Facilities and the Series 2022B-1 Facility Sites described herein.
