This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter “MOU”) is made 8th day of March 2017, by and between the City of Coachella, a California municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (hereinafter, “City”), Coachella Youth Sports Association – Soccer (hereafter “CYSA-S”), Coachella Youth Baseball & Softball Association (hereinafter “CYBSA”), Coachella Valley Raiders Youth Football (hereinafter “CVRYFA”) and Coachella Little Arabs Youth Football (hereinafter “CLAYF”), hereinafter also referred to individually as a “Party” or jointly as “Parties.”
