This is a 12-month agreement. Clients must agree to abide by all Therapeutic Kneads’ policies and understand that the Wellness Plan is valid only for the plan holder on the account. Unused monthly massages rollover as long as your agreement remains current. The only shared portion of the Wellness Plan is the prepaid massages. The other plan benefits are available for your use only and cannot be applied to any other person regardless of the payee. Therapeutic Kneads reserves the right to change Wellness Plan discounts at any time. Plan benefits cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. At the end of the 12-month term, all plan benefits must be used and may not be extended.
