On December 10, 2021, as amended on January 5, 2022, you filed, on behalf of PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM), an executed Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (WMPA) among PJM, FA-University LLC (FA-University) and West Penn Power Company (West Penn), designated as Service Agreement No. 6231.1 You state that PJM is submitting the WMPA for filing because FA-University has requested interconnection of its generating facility connected to West Penn’s non-jurisdictional distribution facilities to engage in wholesale sales in the PJM markets. PJM requests that the WMPA be accepted effective November 11, 2021.
