This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between Fortra, LLC, a Delaware, United States limited liability company, with a principal place of business at Fortra, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices located at 11095 Viking Drive, Suite 100, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 USA on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities (“Fortra”) and customer (“Subscriber”), sets forth the standard terms applicable to the service(s) purchased by subscriber and incorporates by reference the terms and conditions set forth in any addendum applicable to the actual service(s) procured (“addendum”).
