This agreement is negotiated and entered into by the parties in accordance with the Public Service Collective Bargaining Act or the Labour Relations Act, as the case may be, and as such binds the parties for the period and including March unless mutually agreed otherwise, and for the period beyond March until replaced by a new agreement in accordance with the collective bargaining procedures outlined in the Public Service Collective Bargaining Act or the Labour Relations Act, as the case may be.
