The parties to this Memorandum of Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) are the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Conservation and Recreation, 251 Causeway St., Boston, MA 02114, acting through its Commissioner (hereinafter “DCR”) and the Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760, (hereinafter “Town”) and the Amvets Post #79 Natick, Inc., 1 Superior Drive, Natick, MA 01760 (hereinafter “Amvets”). The Town and Amvets are hereinafter referred to as the Co-Permittees. The DCR, the Town and the Amvets are hereinafter referred to collectively as the Parties.
