This Amended and Restated Memorandum of Understanding for the implementation of Phase 2 of the Legacy In Town (“LIT”) Homeownership Program ("LIT MOU"), dated , 2024 ("Effective Date"), is between the City and County of San Francisco ("City") acting by and through the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development ("MOHCD"), and the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco (hereafter referred to as the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure or "OCII"). MOHCD and OCII are collectively the "Parties".
