The information in this Managed Services Agreement may not be disclosed outside of abc company and may not be duplicated, used or disclosed in whole or in part for any purpose other than to evaluate the Managed Services Agreement. Provided that this agreement is agreed to by abc company, abc company will have the right to duplicate, use or disclose the information to the extent provided by the agreement. This restriction does not limit the right of abc company to use information contained in this agreement if it is obtained from another source without restriction. iStrat Solutions Inc. retains ownership of this Managed Services Agreement.
