This Data Protection Addendum ("DPA”) forms part of the Main Agreement (which may be the terms and condition linked to the Order Form and/or the SaaS Agreement and/or any other master services agreement, as executed between inFeedo/Company and the Customer, as stated in the Main Agreement, (“Master Agreement” or “Agreement’) and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement. Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Master Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the Master Agreement and this DPA, with respect to Data Protection, this DPA shall prevail.
