The Mount Healthy City School District Board of Education (hereinafter “Board”) hereby grants sole and exclusive recognition to the Mount Healthy Classified Employees Association (hereinafter “MHCEA”), an affiliate of the Ohio Education Association/National Education Association (OEA/NEA) as the representative, for the purpose of any collective bargaining with the Board, of all full time and part time non-certificated employees of the Mount Healthy City School District (hereinafter “District”) excluding without limitation the following: any person whom the Board has approved only as a substitute employee; any person employed as Supervisor of School Food Services, Administrative Assistant Levels I & II, Secretary to Director of Special Services & Psychologists, Assistant to Supervisor School Food Services, Secretary to Directors of Instruction, Assistant Treasurer, Assistants to the Treasurer, Resource Officers, Parent Mentor, Facilities Manager, Athletic Field Technician, Community Pub
