This EULA contains two parts: (a) Part I sets out the general terms which apply to all Products ("General Terms") and (b) Part II sets out terms which are specific to certain Products referenced in the section ("Product Specific Terms"). To the extent there is a conflict between the Product Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Product Specific Terms shall prevail. This EULA does not apply to any of our hosted SaaS-offerings.
