This is the sole and exclusive warranty given by Hörmann Flexon LLC with respect to the goods sold hereunder. Hörmann Flexon LLC warrants that the goods will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment from Hörmann Flexon LLC. Components or parts sold separately by Hörmann Flexon LLC that fail due to defects in material or workmanship within ninety (90) days from the date of shipment will be placed under warranty providing installation has been carried out in accordance with Hörmann Flexon LLC procedures. This warranty is limited to providing replacement parts (s) only F.O.B. Burgettstown, PA. The specific door model purchased by the Buyer should not be installed or used before reading the product installation and maintenance manual, and having a thorough understanding of how to install, operate and maintain the door and associated components.
