WHEREAS, the City of Millville, a Municipal Corporation of the State of New Jersey, hereinafter referred to as “the Municipality” and GEI Consultants, Inc. hereinafter referred to as “Consultant” previously entered into a Standard Professional Services Agreement on or about August 30, 2013 entered into between the parties thereafter pertaining to ongoing environmental contamination remediation required by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection at the former Airwork facility located within the Municipality; and
