This intergovernmental Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) to outline the HSConnects implementation dated for reference this (date of execution is made between El Paso County by and through the Board of County Commissioners of El Paso County, Colorado, (“El Paso”) and Arapahoe County, by and through the Arapahoe County Board of County Commissioners, Colorado, (“Arapahoe”). Both El Paso and Arapahoe are duly organized counties and political subdivisions of the State of Colorado. El Paso and Arapahoe may be referred to collectively as “Counties” or individually as “County”.
