By completing and submitting the registration form, each participant of a race organised by Prague International Marathon, spol. s r.o., Company Reg. No.: 63673738 (or in conjunction with Tempo Team Prague, s. r. o., Company Reg. No.: 25107615), hereinafter referred to only as the “Organiser", consents to the processing and use of his/her personal data for the purpose of organising and carrying out the race, including the recording of race records, as well as for marketing purposes on behalf of the organiser, including both the e-mail and postal address and/or telephone number listed on the registration form. This consent also includes consent to the storing of the participant’s personal data on data carriers, searches within these, the passing on to third parties and other associated data handling in accordance with Act No.101/2000 Coll. regarding data protection.
