This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”), is made by and between Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a New York corporation with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110, and Broadview Networks, Inc., a New York corporation with offices at 800 Westchester Avenue, Rye Brook, New York 10573 (“Broadview”), and shall be deemed effective on April 30, 2006 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and Broadview are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. This Amendment covers services in Verizon’s service territory in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (the “Commonwealth”).
