This Interlocal Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between the City of Dallas, a Texas home-rule municipality (hereinafter called "City"), acting by and through its Park and Recreation Board, and the Dallas Independent School District, an independent school district located in Dallas County, Texas (hereinafter referred to as "District" or “Dallas ISD”) and shall be effective upon execution by both parties.
