This First Amendment to Lease and Access Agreement (Cheyenne) (this “Amendment”) is executed as of June 13, 2012 to be effective as of June 5, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), between FRONTIER REFINING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lessor”), and CHEYENNE LOGISTICS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lessee”), for the purpose of amending that certain Lease and Access Agreement (Cheyenne) between Lessor and Lessee dated effective as of November 1, 2011 (the “Lease”). Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall be given the meanings assigned to them in the Lease.
