This Statewide Mutual Aid Compact ("Compact") is made and entered into as of this ____ day of _____________, 2003, by and between _______________________________ (“the Executing Hospital”) and every other Kentucky Hospital Association (KHA) member hospital/health system or any hospital in a contiguous state that signs an identical Compact (“Other Hospitals”). The Executing Hospital and the Other Hospitals are collectively referred to as the “Participating Hospitals”.
