This MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“MSA”), effective as of the last date executed (“Effective Date”), is between Virginia Commonwealth University, a corporation and an institution of higher education of the Commonwealth of Virginia, whose address is 912 West Grace Street, Richmond, VA 23298 (“VCU”, or “University”), and Natural Organic Process Enterprises LLC dba NOPE Compost Co, a Limited Liability Company, with offices located at 10307 West Broad Street, Unit 301, Glen Allen, Virginia 23060 (“NOPE Compost Co.” or “Contractor”). VCU and Contractor are sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
