This Bills, Accounts and Accounts Receivable Validity Guaranty (this “Agreement”) is executed as of February 8, 2007, by the undersigned guarantor (“Guarantor”) in favor of Systran Financial Services Corporation, a subsidiary of Textron Financial Corporation, and its affiliates (“SYSTRAN”).
