This Emergency Use Test Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Confirm Biosciences, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”) and the purchaser identified below (“Purchaser”). This Agreement shall govern all purchases and uses of all Covid-19 IgG/ IgM Rapid Test Cassettes (Whole Blood/Serum/Plasma) (collectively “Tests) purchased by the Purchaser from the Company.
