This Personalized Unified Managed Account Agreement ("Agreement") and the Program Features and Fee Schedule, which is incorporated into the Agreement as though fully set forth therein, sets forth the terms and conditions of the investment advisory program ("Program") for the account ("Account") to be established between you ("Client" and "you") and the registered investment advisor ("Introducing Firm") named above. Accounts are carried by First Clearing, a trade name used by Wells Fargo Clearing Services, LLC, when operating in its capacity as a clearing broker-dealer ("Clearing Agent"*). Introducing Firm may utilize an affiliated broker-dealer to provide brokerage, execution, and other services under this Agreement; references to "Introducing Firm" herein shall include such affiliated broker- dealer, where applicable.
