THIS PROJECT COORDINATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made this day of , 2009, by and between the COUNTY BOARD OF ARLINGTON (“Alington County” or “Arlington County Board”), a body corporate and politic and a subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the FAIRFAX COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS (“Fairfax County”), a body corporate and politic and a subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Arlington County and Fairfax County are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
