The Board recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect to rates of pay, hours of work and other working conditions for all employees of the Board in Metropolitan Toronto engaged in maintenance, services and plant operations, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, office staff and students employed during the school vacation period.
