THIS SOLAR LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), dated October , 2022 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the South Tahoe Public Utility District, a California public utility district, (“Licensor”) and Blue Dragon Holdings I, LLC1, a California limited liability company, (“Licensee”) is entered into at South Lake Tahoe, California. Licensee and Licensor are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
