WASHINGTON, D.C., April 15, 2011– Today the Equal Rights Center (ERC)—a national non-profit civil rights organization— announced that Gables Residential will become the newest member of the ERC’s Multifamily Housing Resource Program (MHRP), making a 10-year commitment to the program. This agreement marks a milestone in the ERC’s accessible design and construction initiative, resulting in commitments from no less than 10 national developers to make nearly 48,000 housing units across the country more accessible to people with disabilities.
