WHEREAS by a certificate issued by the Ontario Labour Relations Board, dated the tenth (10th) day of October, 1963, the Union is certified as the bargaining agent of all the office employees of the Sudbury Mine Mill and Smelter Workers Union, Local 598, of the Canadian Union of Mine Mill and Smelter Workers, save and except office superintendent and persons above the rank of office superintendent.
