Sioux does not agree to any proposed amendment, alteration or addition by the Supplier to these terms unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Standard terms and conditions of the Supplier, whether hosted on Supplier’s website, referred to on its offer or quotation, order confirmation, invoice or otherwise, are explicitly rejected and shall not apply.
